LEAD TIMES AND SHIPPING

All our products are manufactured by hand and made to order. We aim to please and to ensure we give the best quality product possible there are a few production lead times to please keep in mind. These lead times are for production and exclude the shipping time.

• Posters: up to 7 working days

• Wall Sets: up to 7 working days

• Canvas Prints: up to 10 working days

• Card Sets: up to 5 working days

We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible and will ship as soon as they're completed. Shipping takes between 2 and 5 working days. A flat rate of R125 is charged nationwide.

Please keep these shipping and lead times in mind when planning a purchase.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

We only accept returns and refunds for defective products within 14 days from delivery. Please be sure to read our product and colour disclaimer regarding all printed and wooden block-mounted products.

We will only provide a refund or a replacement of a product if the defect is due to a manufacturing error that was caused by Miwi. We will perform an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds. Shipping fees are not refundable.

We try our best to display our products as life-like as possible, but please understand that the actual colour may vary slightly from your computer or phone screen. Our devices are not all calibrated equally and the colour online is therefore not a precise representation of what the physical printed product will look like.
